How do I get a payoff quote for my account?
If you need a payoff quote for paying your account in full, trading in your vehicle, or for insurance purposes, simply log in to your account. Your payoff amount will show the current remaining balance on your account. A 10-day payoff will show your account’s remaining balance plus 10 days’ worth of interest charges that will accrue in that time frame and give you time to submit payment in full.

I paid my vehicle off, when will my title be released?
Congratulations on paying off your vehicle! Please know that it can take time to process your account payoff and title release. If you need assistance, please call Bridgecrest Customer Service at 800-967-8526 for an update on your title release.
My vehicle was in an accident-what do I do now?
Please notify your insurance company (or the other driver’s insurance company) immediately to report an accident and start the claim process, making sure to provide your insurance company with Bridgecrest’s information. After you have started the appropriate claim process with your insurance company, a decision will be made by the insurance company on whether the vehicle is repairable or deemed a total loss. It’s important to keep making the scheduled payments on your Bridgecrest account during the insurance claim process, even if the vehicle is not currently drivable or may be deemed a total loss.
